CalmPath

Terms of Service

Last updated: July 13, 2026

These terms govern your use of the CalmPath app. By creating an account or using CalmPath, you agree to them.

Not a medical service. CalmPath provides general wellbeing support and is not a substitute for professional diagnosis, therapy, or treatment, and is not for emergencies. If you are in crisis, contact your local emergency number or a crisis line.

Who can use CalmPath

You must be an adult (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use CalmPath. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account.

Acceptable use

Use CalmPath only for lawful, personal purposes. Do not misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it to harm others.

Subscriptions

CalmPath is free to use, with an optional CalmPath Pro subscription (monthly or yearly) that unlocks additional features. Subscriptions are billed through your app store, auto-renew until cancelled, and are managed in your app store account. Deleting your CalmPath account does not automatically cancel a store subscription — cancel it in your app store.

Your content

Your conversations, journals, and mood entries belong to you. You can export or delete them at any time. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data.

AI-generated content

Responses from "Calm" are generated by AI and may be inaccurate or incomplete. They are supportive suggestions, not professional advice. Use your judgment and seek qualified help for medical or mental-health decisions.

Disclaimers & liability

CalmPath is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have that cannot be limited by law.

Changes & termination

We may update these terms or the service; material changes will be noted by the "Last updated" date. You may stop using CalmPath and delete your account at any time.
